Refund Policy for CA Services
As a professional Chartered Accountancy firm regulated under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, our services involve expert knowledge, effort, research, documentation, and statutory compliance. Hence, our refund terms are as follows:
- Once advisory, consultation, analysis, documentation, drafting, filing, or any backend professional work has commenced, no refund will be issued.
- Government fees, statutory charges, registration fees, penalties, and payments made to authorities (GST, MCA, Income Tax, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
- If you believe the delivered service was not in line with the agreed scope, you may request a review within 7 days of service delivery/consultation.
- If a refund is approved after review, processing time will be within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Consultation sessions can be rescheduled once if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that professional engagement begins immediately upon assignment confirmation and accept these terms.
